Flash Lite

What started out as a simple alternative to the very basic forms of graphic presentation techniques for the early world wide web, evolved into an advanced vector graphics presentation platform. Enhanced with a scripting language, it started to resemble more of a programming language. Its uttermost advantage, is its cross-platform compatibility. In fact, Flash technology gained such a momentum that Flash Lite, a special version of Flash for restrained devices has been developed. Analogically to the PC market, Flash Lite has been designed, so as to work across not only different mobile platforms, but operating systems altogether. Since it is a graphics design tool, Flash Lite proved irreplaceable in user interface design when an interface different to the manufacturers suggested framework is required. The possibility to embed Flash applications within native, more capable applications makes it an extremely good looking and powerful tool that our team of graphic designers worships.

Additionally, Psiloc has developed a technology allowing to license and protect the Flash Lite content against coping. An example of such integration is Psiloc World Traveller. Moreover, this DRM technology is available for other Flash Lite developers.
