The story of Psiloc

Psiloc's story began in 1997, making us veterans in the mobile software solutions industry.

The company was founded in 1997 by Marek Filipiak. Since than it has gained outstanding expertise in Symbian programming and has developed an excellent working relationships with all major market players.

  Psiloc Middle East is established in Dubai
  Psiloc changes its formal status and reorganizes its operations
• 2006
  Aneta Biernikowicz joins Psiloc's management team
• 2005
  Psiloc becomes a Symbian self - certifier
  Psiloc is invited to Sony Ericsson Core++
  Psiloc takes over MobilOK, a Windows Mobile ISV
• 2004
  Psiloc launches DRM Common Solutions especially designed for Symbian OS
  Psiloc joins Forum Nokia PRO
  Jakub Lipiński joins Psiloc's management team
• 2003
  10% of all Symbian based mobile phones have at least one of Psiloc's application installed
  Wojciech Nowański joins Psiloc's management team
  Psiloc signs Frame Agreement for mobile software development with Nokia
  Psiloc honored with the title of Symbian Platinum Partner as one of the first Independent Software Vendors
  Psiloc launches the Infrared Remote Control which later wins Series60 Community Award for the most innovative application in the world

  Language localizations are available for 87 languages from all over the world
  Recently developed Arabic localization for Nokia Communicators is on the top of the list of best selling mobile software applications shortly after its launch and is later accepted as the standard in the Arabic world
• 2001
  Nokia 9210 Communicator is officially available - Psiloc already offers a few applications for it
  The first application for mobile multimedia device in the world is launched

  First application for Psion PDA's are developed and launched
